I decided maybe if I write my menu down I MIGHT actually stick to it....maybe. I have been following MPM on http://orgjunkie.com/ for awhile now, but finally decided to participate.
Sunday - Steak, loaded baked potatoes and mushrooms
Monday - Mexican Manicotti (new recipe) corn, rice
Tuesday - Chinese Country ribs, broccoli, rice
Wednesday - Philly Cheese Steaks & fries
Thursday - Mozzarella stuffed meat loaves, mashed potatoes, green beans
Friday - Hot dogs, baked beans and carrot sticks
Saturday - Salmon patties, broccoli, rice or a pasta
Sunday - Breakfast for dinner and ice cream sundays for dessert

Welcome to the blogging world. I have found that writing the menu down definitely helps me stick to the plan -- most of the time...
ReplyDeleteI am good at writing down a menu but not following. My food moods change:). I do always stick to what I have already bought though, just switch up the ingredients.
